This Italian restaurant brings out the Italian importance of family and friendship better than any other restaurant in the area. While you dine on elaborate dishes of untraditional Italian cuisine infused with a Miami flavor and sip your glass of excellent wine, the owner makes his way throughout the dining room, taking his time to ensure that you have all that you desire for your meal. If something is not on the menu, he'll make it. If you'd prefer a dish altered in some way to better accommodate your taste buds, no problem. Whatever he can do to please you, he will. You'll truly be treated as if you were a guest in his own home. The entire staff mirrors this tradition, leaving you completely satisfied with your experience at Caffe Vialetto. It's open for lunch Monday through Friday from noon to 3 p.m. and for dinner from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday, it's open from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. for dinner.
